  3. Letter with the bank account number (if the fine is paid)
  4. Payment receipt (if the fine is paid)

To pay fines

Through Website

  1. The customer logs in using UAE Pass and goes to Dashboard to view the fines, or goes directly to Pay Fines Issued Against Marine Transport Companies page.
  2. The customer enters the required information.
  3. The customer settles the required fees by credit or debit card.
  4. The customer receives the payment receipt through SMS or e-mail.

Through Self Service Machines:

  1. The customer applies to the service.
  2. The customer enters the required information.
  3. The customer settles the required fees by credit or debit card.
  4. The customer receives the payment receipt through SMS or e-mail.

Through Customer Happiness Centres

  1. The customer heads to the centre.
  2. The customer submits the required information.
  3. The customer settles the required fees.
  4. The customer receives the payment receipt through SMS or e-mail.

To dispute fines

  1. The customer applies for the service through RTA website and uploads the required documents.
  2. The customer receives the dispute application reference number and then its status (approved/rejected) through email and SMS within 30 days.
  3. If the application was approved, the fine status is amended, and the refund amount transferred to the customer's bank account.
  4. If the application was rejected, and the fine not yet paid, the customer receives the fine details and payment modes and channels through email and SMS.
