This service enables you to manage your personal or registered nol card at all times. Through this service dashboard, you can add or remove personal and registered nol cards, view the card 1-month transaction history, reset the PIN code and more.

All customers with personal or registered nol cards are eligible to create an account to manage their nol cards.

nol card linked to the customer’s account:

  1. The customer accesses Manage nol Card service page and clicks on Apply now.
  2. The customer is redirected to RTA log in page.
  3. The customer enters his RTA account username and password.
  4. The customer clicks on nol icon.
  5. The customer is redirected to Manage nol Cards page.
  6. The customer can check the list of his added nol cards, personal information, and last 1 month transactions of the linked cards.
  7. The customer can select any main or sub service from the left menu of the page such as (check transaction history, top up nol card balance, etc.).

nol card not linked to the customer’s account

  1. The customer accesses Manage nol Card service page and clicks on Apply now.
  2. The customer is redirected to RTA log in page.
  3. The customer enters his RTA account username and password.
  4. The customer is redirected to Add nol Card page to add his first personal or registered nol card
  5. The customer links his card by entering his tag ID and PIN code.
  6. The customer clicks on Submit.
  7. The customer clicks on nol dashboard page button.
  8. The customer is redirected to Manage nol Cards page.
  9. The customer can select any main or sub service from the left menu on the page such as (check transaction history, top up nol card balance, etc).

Terms and conditions
