Steps

  1. Log in using your username and password, UAE Pass, or the details of your Trade Licence, Traffic File, or plate number.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile for identity verification.
  3. View the details and status of your transactions.
  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Enter the required information to find the parent company Trade Licence.
  6. Answer all the questions, upload the supporting documents, and click Continue .
  7. Pay the fees through DubaiPay. You can view and download the receipt.
  8. Click Commercial Licensing tab and log in.
  9. Select Applications and search for your application.
  10. Schedule the appointment for the on-site visit and click Confirm .
  11. The application is approved, rejected, or returned with remarks.
  12. In case of approval, the EcoFleet Certificate is issued and you can view and download it.
