Companies that transport passengers in luxury vehicles and have a signed contract stipulating the number of vehicles authorised to operate in the Free Zone are eligible to apply for this service.

  1. The customer logs in to the company account on RTA Website.
  2. The customer selects Company Dashboard / My Contract.
  3. The customer selects Free Zone Permit.
  4. The customer specifies the details of the vehicle.
  5. The system reserves a plate with U sign and adds the vehicle to the free zone permit as ready for registration.
  6. The customer completes the registration permit for the vehicle operating in free zones according to the procedures and requirements related to registering a vehicle.
