Steps
- Log in to your company account using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
- Click My Contract on your dashboard.
- Select Apply for Vehicle Addition Permit to a Franchise Contract.
- Upload the certified official letter.
- Receive a notification with the approval or rejection of your application.
- Follow up with the Contracts and Purchasing Department to adjust the value of the bank/cash guarantees according to the number of vehicles to be added.
- Refer to the Finance Department to submit the post-dated cheques for the monthly operation fees related to the vehicles to be added for the remaining period of the contract.
- Finalise and sign an annex to the contract.
- Check the immediate activation of the permit after the system verifies the post-dated cheques and bank/cash guarantees.
- Register the added vehicles through Registering a New Vehicle service.
- The contract process, the Trade Licence, the availability of post-dated cheques, and bank/cash guarantees are automatically checked during the vehicle registration transaction.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- The Trade Licence must be valid.
- You can't add vehicles to the contract unless you provide the post-dated cheques and bank/cash guarantees.
- You can only complete the vehicle registration after you provide the required bank/cash guarantees and the required number of post-dated cheques related to the monthly operating fees for the remaining period of the contract.
- You must start adding vehicles to your contract within the given 30-day period from receiving the permit, or else you must apply for a new one.
- You can apply to add vehicles 4 times during the contractual year, with no specific period between transactions.
- You can't register administrative vehicles.
- The vehicles must be on the approved list of vehicles for this activity and available on your company dashboard.

Terms and Conditions
- You can start registering a vehicle when you receive the approval for the electronic permit in the system.
- You pay the monthly operating fees starting one month after the registration of the added vehicles.
- You can register used vehicles through the service Permit to Register a Used Vehicle to Transport Passengers in Luxury Vehicles.
- The year of manufacture of the vehicle to be registered must be either the current year or the one before for new vehicles or vehicles used in a non-luxury vehicle activity.
- You can transfer an extended vehicle from and to another luxury transport company even if its year of manufacture isn't the current one or the one before, without the technical committee inspecting it. The average life span of the transferred vehicle is calculated based on its year of manufacture, type, and specifications.
