Reporting Lost Items In Means Of Public Transport

This service enables you to report lost items when using the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) means of public transport.


All individual customers who use the means of public transport are eligible to apply for this service.

  1. Side number of the vehicle
  2. Vehicle’s plate number
  3. Time and destination (from and to)
  4. Trip fees
  5. Description of the lost item

Ways to apply


Through call centre:

  • The customer contacts the call centre on the following number: 8009090
  • The customer provides the call centre with the required details
  • The working team searches for the lost items through used systems.

Terms and conditions

  • The customer must provide the needed information to facilitate the process of looking for lost items such as the side number of the vehicle.
