This service enables you to rent Dubai water taxi, which is a marine transport means with a panoramic view cabin.   • The customer send an email with below details:
    • Date and Time
    • Type of trip (commuter or charter)
    • Departure station
    • Arrival station
    • Number of passengers
  • The customer receives an email to confirm the reservation and to pay in one of the three stations (Marina Mall, Al Ghubaiba, Al Jaddaf) 24 hours before the time of the trip.
  • In case the customer will pay on the same day before boarding and the payment is not finalized before 24 hours then the payment can be done in any marine station and it will be subject to availability.

Through call centre

  • The customer contacts the call centre on the following number: 8009090.
  • The customer specifies the booking duration and the stations.
  • The call centre employee sends the booking details to the customer via email or SMS to confirm the booking.
  • The customer must arrive to the station 15 minutes before the time of the trip.
  • The customer provides the driver with the booking number.
  • The customer is required to settle the fees at the station.

Note: 43 stations are deployed on both banks of Dubai Creek and on the coastline of Dubai and the Dubai water canal for marine transport (10 a.m. – 10 p.m.).

  • The customer must comply with the terms and conditions listed in the agreement.
  • The customer must be at the station 15 minutes before the start of the trip.
  • The route of the trip is subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or for safety and security reasons.
  • The customer might be fined or subjected to a violation fee in case of misconduct as per the violation and fines list.
  • Question 1: What is the procedure if the customer loses his belongings in the marine means of transport?

Answer 1: For lost and found items, the customer must head to the Ghubaiba office within 24 hours. After that period, the office will give the found items to the police department (Emirates IDs or passport). In case of regular belongings, they will be kept at the office until the customer takes them.
