This service enables you to benefit from scheduled or touristic trips by purchasing tickets for marine means of transport. It also enables you to commute between specific marine transport stations using a closed, air-conditioned cabin that has a space for people with disabilities. Ferry Dubai characteristics: 100 comfortable seats (14 seats in the gold cabin, 84 seats in the silver cabin and 2 spaces for people with disabilities) A video provided by the Nahaam system explaining about the most prominent landmarks that the ferry passes by during the touristic trips Kiosk for snacks and souvenirs Entertainment services via 4 LCD screens Sanitary facilities for passengers, males, females and people with disabilities.

Answer 1: For lost and found items, the customer must head to the Ghubaiba office within 24 hours. After that period, the office will give the found items to the police department (Emirates IDS or passport). In case of regular belongings, they will be kept at the office until the customer takes them.
