Apply For Mobility Of Heavy Vehicles During Ban Time/Roads

This service enables the mobility of heavy vehicles in ban time (during rush hours noon/evening), ban areas (such as city center) and ban roads (some main streets). Such permit is provided in limited cases following a thorough study and after coordinating with concerned authorities.

Eligibility

Companies are eligible to apply for this service.

Required documents

  1. Covering letter showing roads in banned times, specifying the number of trips expected, time of mobility and the areas
  2. Copy of company’s Trade License
  3. Vehicles ownership certificate.
  4. List of the vehicles numbers
  5. Copy of a certified project contract (in case there is a project)
  6. Copy of DM Affection Plan
  7. Plan showing the surrounding roads and the route of the vehicles
  8. CD-ROM with all the documents (in case of exceeding ten vehicles)
  9. Copy of old permits in case of renewal

Output

Permit to move inside, enter and exit regions during ban times.

Service fees

50 AED for every vehicle per month.

Validity

The validity varies according to the condition and the type of the request.

Average processing time

  • Service Centre: 10 minutes.

Through centre:

  • The customer submits the required documents
  • The customer is required to settle the fees
  • The customer receives the permit.

Terms and conditions

  • The owner of the vehicle must be present in person.
