This service enables you to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for special nature infrastructure works from the concerned service authorities and providers according to the approved drawings. This service is provided through the e-NOC system.

Process
  1. The customer logs in to the e-NOC system using his username and password.
  2. The customer selects the desired type of NOC.
  3. The customer fills in the required information.
  4. The customer uploads the supporting documents.
  5. The customer checks the status of the application through the website and checks the remarks of the service authorities (if any) and acts accordingly.
  6. If approved, the customer receives a system prompt notification and an email with the direct link to the NOC within 3, 5, or 7 working days.
  7. If rejected, the customer receives, within the same period, a system prompt notification and an email with the rejection reasons and a direct link to reapply for the service if desired.

6 months from the date of issuing the final NOC (the validity is mentioned in the final NOC).

Terms and conditions
  • The customer can check the types of works listed under special works through RTA Website.
  • The customer must submit the supporting documents to the service authorities within 10 days after the electronic submission of the application (if the customer chose to submit the documents in person).
  • The customer must fulfill all the requirements of the service authorities and must get the approval of all the concerned service authorities within 2 months after the submission of the application to avoid its cancellation.
  • The customer must provide all the supporting documents according to the list available on the e-NOC website before the electronic submission of the application, or as per the requirements of the concerned service authority.
  • The customer can check the status of the application and the remarks of the service authorities through the e-NOC system.
  • The customer receives a notification by email with the eNOC dashboard link to apply for renewal through the system, 6 weeks before the NOC expiry.
