This service enables you to request the exemption from paying Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/ar) fees.
Customers with disabilities (autistic patients, customers with visual, mental and physical disabilities) are eligible to apply for this service.
Exemption for 1 year from Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/ar) fees.
This service is free.
1 year from the date of issuing the exemption.

The exemption must be renewed on a yearly basis.
Answer 1: RTA Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/ar) gates are located in:
Answer 2: Yes, it becomes free of charge. This decision was taken by RTA to facilitate the traffic flow.
Answer 3: The customer is required to pay the fees upon crossing each gate.
The new Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/ar) gate on Ittihad road and Al Mamzar gate are actually two gates on each side of the road and are very close to each other. The customer is required to settle the fees upon passing through each gate.
