Through Smart Applications and Salik Website

  1. The customer logs in using the username and PIN code.
  2. The customer proceeds to the Trips/Statements section.
  3. The customer enters the dates of the desired statement.
  4. The statement appears on the screen.
  5. The customer saves it in the required file format.

Through Dubai Now App

  1. The customer logs in to the Dubai Now App and selects Salik Accounts.
  2. The customer selects My trips section.
  3. The customer selects the dates of the desired statement.
  4. The statement appears on the screen.
  5. The customer can save it in the required file format.

Through Salik Self Service on Salik Call Centre

  1. The customer logs in using the account number and the PIN code.
  2. The customer selects the statement option.
  3. The customer enters the dates of the desired statement.
  4. The customer receives the statement by email.
