This service enables you to view the monthly Salik statements that include both Salik trips and recharges.

Ways to apply

Process

Through mobile application and website (the customer can view the statement of the past 12 months):

  • The customer logs in using the username and password
  • The customer proceeds to the Trips/Statements section
  • The customer enters the dates of the desired statement
  • The statement appears on the screen.

Salik Customer Service Centres (the customer can view the statement of the past 6 months):

  • The customer presents the details of the account
  • The customer receives the statement directly from the centre.

Through IVR (the customer can view the statement of the past 6 months):

  • The customer logs in using the account number and the PIN code
  • The customer proceeds to the statement option
  • The customer enters the dates of the desired statement
  • The customer can retrieve the statement by Fax or email.

Through Call centre (the customer can view the statement of the past 2 years):

  • The customer contacts the call centre on the following number: 80072545
  • The call centre will guide the customer to send an email to customerservice@salik.ae with the following information:

    • Name and mobile number
    • Account number and PIN code
    • Requested statement dates (start and end dates)
    • For companies: trade license

Note: The email must be written on the company’s letterhead.

  • The customer receives the statement via email.
