Recharging Own Salik account Or Friend's Account Using The Recharge Card Or The e-Voucher

This service enables you to recharge your Salik account or the account of a friend using the recharge card or the e-voucher.

Eligibility

All customers who have Salik accounts are eligible to apply for this service.

Required documents

  1. Salik account number and PIN code
  2. Vehicle plate number + mobile number registered with Salik
  3. Vehicle plate number + Salik tag number (for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) only)

Output

Recharging Salik account.

Service fees

  • Value of the added balance
  • In case of recharging through SMS, 30 fils will be deducted to the account of the customer's mobile operator.

Ways to apply

Process

Through website:

Recharging account (without logging in):

  • The customer enters the mobile number, the plate number and the recharge number
  • Once the recharge is done, the balance in the Salik account will be updated.

Recharging account (after logging in):

  • The customer enters the username and password
  • The customer enters the recharge number
  • Once the recharge is done, the balance of the Salik account will be updated
  • The customer can also recharge another account by identifying the other account using the account number and PIN code or the mobile number and plate details
  • The customer enters the recharge number
  • Once the recharge is done, the balance in the Salik account will be updated.

Through mobile application:

Recharging account (without logging in):

  • The customer must set up an initial profile either by entering the account number and the PIN code or the mobile number and the plate details of the account to be recharged
  • Once the profile is set up, the customer can recharge the account by entering the recharge number.

Note: The personal profile details will be saved for future recharges.

Recharging account (after logging in):

  • The customer enters the username and password
  • The customer enters the recharge number
  • If the customer desires to recharge another account, he must enter the personal profile details and the recharge number.

Through kiosks:

  • The customer enters the account number, the password and the recharge number.

Through SMS:

  • The customer sends the account number, the PIN code and the recharge number via sms to the following number: 5959.

Through IVR:

Recharging account (without logging in):

  • The customer enters the account number or the PIN code or the card number and the vehicle’s plate number
  • The customer enters the recharge number.

Recharging account (after logging in):

  • The customer logs in to the account using the account number and the PIN code
  • The customer chooses the recharging service (own account or friend's account)
  • The customer enters the recharge number.
