Viewing Types Of Parking Violations And Settling Their Fees

The Parking Department monitors parkings and issues parking fines for violating vehicles in order to organise the use of public parkings and to ensure its rotation among all public parking users in Dubai. The customer can check the types of violations and their fees through the website of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). Note: The customer can appeal the violations if they are not correct by contacting the following number 8009090 or by sending an email to the following address askrta.ae.

Owners of vehicles are eligible to apply for this service.

To settle the fines through the website:

  1. Traffic file number
  2. Date of birth of the holder of the license
  3. Valid credit card

  • The customer provides the required information related to the traffic file and the date of birth
  • The customer is required to settle the fees by credit card
  • The customer receives an SMS confirming the receipt of the fine.
