Apply for e-Wallet Account

This service allows you to create an online prepaid account, load money into your e-Wallet and pay for RTA services instead of using cash or credit cards.

  1. Valid Emirates ID.

  1. Valid trade licence
  2. Authorisation lettre from the company.

Process

Through mobile application

  • The customer logs in to mobile application.
  • The customer selects RTA e-Wallet.
  • The customer clicks on “Apply now”.
  • The customer fills the form and clicks on Apply.

Through website

  • The customer creates an account for individuals/companies through the website.
  • The customer logs in to the website.
  • The customer selects RTA e-Wallet.
  • The customer clicks on “Create e-Wallet Account”.
  • The e-Wallet account form appears.
  • The customer confirms the information and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
  • The customer clicks on “Create Account”.

If the customer does not have an e-wallet account

  • The customer logs in to RTA website and clicks log in.
  • The customer select 'Individual / Corporate Account".
  • The customer clicks on 'Register an Individual Account' (for individuals) or 'Register a Company Account' (for companies).
  • The customer fills the form and create the account.
  • The customer logs in to RTA account.
  • The customer clicks on the e-wallet tab.
  • The customer clicks on "Create e- Wallet Account".
  • The pre-filled e-wallet account creation form will appear to the customer.
  • The customer confirms the information and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
  • The e-wallet number and identification code will be sent through e-mail.
  • The customer logs in to RTA account.
  • The customer clicks on the e-wallet tab.
  • The customer clicks on linking the e-wallet account.
  • The customer fills in the details of the e-wallet account and clicks on the link tab.
  • The customer is automatically redirected to 'Manage e-wallet account'.

Terms and conditions
  • The person authorised by virtue of the authorisation lettre is fully responsible for the usage of the e-wallet to pay for RTA services.
  • If the e-wallet was used by another person RTA is not responsible.
  • If the person authorised to use the e-wallet resigned, the company is responsible for handing the tasks over to another person.
  • Only companies should apply through the mobile application RTA Corporate App.
  • The customer must link his account to manage e-wallet account and display the control panel.
  • Kindly ensure to remember the PIN number of your eWallet account, which will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. The PIN number is important to link your eWallet account to your RTA portal account.
