This service enables you to apply for the personal silver or gold NOL (http://www.nol.ae/) card to use transportation means.
All individuals are eligible to apply for this service.

Answer 1: No, the blue NOL (http://www.nol.ae/) card must be used by the card owner.
Note: Anonymous registered cards that do not have pictures can be used by anyone.
Answer 2: After 48 hours from disabling the card, the customer can no longer enable it. The customer must apply for a new card and for refunding the old card.
Answer 3: The customer can cancel the card through the website. The customer must provide the card number and its PIN code that he received by SMS when receiving the approval.
Answer 4: The card will be added to the blacklist and will be cancelled upon the customer's request.
Answer 5: The customer should be guided to the nearest TOM (Ticket Office Machine) in order to activate the card. If the card is not working, the customer can swipe it at any metro gate to activate it.
Answer 6: Once your Nol Blue Card is issued, you will receive an SMS with your pin code. This pin code is required for activating your card, reporting if your card is lost or stolen and also for registering for online services.
