Apply for Retrieving the Insurance Fees Deposited in an Auction

This service enables you to retrieve the security fees deposited to participate in the auction.

Individual customers, citizens and residents, and companies that have private vehicles are eligible to apply for this service.

  1. Receipt of the security fees deposited when participating in the auction

  • This service is free.
Process time
  • 5 minutes.
Customer Happiness Centres
  • The customer submits the required documents at the centre.
  • The customer receives the security receipt after the auction.
  • The customer retrieves the security amount after settling the price of the purchased number.
    • For credit card payments, the amount is returned to the card within 40 days.
    • For security cheques, the customer receives the cheque back from Customer Happiness Centre - Umm Ramool within 1 day.
Average waiting time
  • 10 minutes.

This service has no validity.

What you will get

The security amount and the receipt.

Terms and conditions
  • The customer or the legal representative must be present in person.
  • If the deposit was a cheque, the customer must refer to the Customer Happiness Centre - Umm Ramool the following day after the auction or during a maximum period of 6 months or else the cheque will be destroyed.
  • If the customer didn't pay the fees of the purchased plates, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
