Apply for Retrieving the Insurance Fees Deposited in an Auction

This service enables you to retrieve the deposit insurance fees to be able to participate in the auction.

Individual customers, citizens and residents, and companies that have private vehicles are eligible to apply for this service.

  1. Receipt used to deposit the fees when participating in the auction

  • 5 minutes.
Customer Happiness Centres

Through customer happiness centres

  • The customer presents the required documents at the centre.
  • The customer receives the insurance receipt after the auction.
Average waiting time
  • 10 minutes.

This service has no validity.

What you will get

Form to hand over insurance fees.

Terms and conditions
  • The customer or the legal representative must be present in person
  • If the deposit is a cheque, the customer must check with the Customer Happiness Centre in Umm Ramool the following day after the auction or during a maximum period of 6 months or else the cheque will be destroyed.
  • If the customer didn't pay the fees, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
