Apply for Renewing a Permanent Parking Permit for People of Determination

This service enables you to renew a permanent parking permit for People of Determination.

Eligibility
Customers, who have a permanent parking permit for People of Determination, are eligible to apply for this service.
Required documents

Customers with People of Determination card or Sanad Card

  1. Copy of the People of Determination card issued by the Ministry of Community Development or Sanad Card issued by the Community Development Authority
  2. Original Emirates ID.

Customers without Sanad Card or People of Determination card

Citizens

  1. Original Emirates ID
  2. Not-more than 3 month old medical report indicating the customer's health condition.

Resident

  1. Copy of the passport
  2. Copy of the residence visa issued in Dubai
  3. Original Emirates ID
  4. Not-more than 3 month old medical report indicating the customer's health condition.

  • This service is free.
Process time
  • 5 minutes.

  • The customer submits the required documents at the service centre.
  • The customer receives the printed permit on the same day.
Average waiting time
  • 5 minutes.
Validity

3 years.

Terms and conditions
  • The permit is valid in Dubai only.
  • The customer who has the permit must be inside the vehicle when using the parking spot designated for People of Determination or else a fine will be issued.
