1. The customer applies without logging in or logs in using his UAE Pass to link his traffic file to his account.
2. The customer selects Licensing Services from the dashboard, then clicks Licences.
3. The customer selects Click here to go to the learning file.
4. The customer clicks Apply for Appeal from the learning journey.
5. The customer checks the results details on the website, including Immediate Fails and Minor Faults.
6. If the customer thinks the results are unfair or incorrect, he can appeal by clicking I don't feel the result was fair.
7. The customer selects the results that he considers to be incorrect and enters his feedback (including complaints about the examiner's behaviour).
8. The customer submits the appeal and receives a reference number and confirmation by email.
9. The customer receives the results within 5 working days by email with a link to check the details.
10. If the appeal is approved, the results are changed and the customer receives a refund of the appeal fees.
11. If the appeal is rejected, the customer completes the training and retakes the Road Test.
