Steps

1. Log in using your username and password.
2. Select New Permits from the left-side menu.
3. Click Permit Type and select the application type as per the required permit and scope of work.
4. Select the sub-type of the application.
5. Enter the duration and a clear description of the work as per the scope of work.
6. Fill in your information.
7. Mark the proposed work location on the map.
8. Enter the contractor's contact information for technical discussion, if required.
9. Enter the project information.
10. Upload the documents.
11. Click Submit to generate the application number.
12. Receive the approval on the application after its successful review by the RTA engineer in coordination with the relevant internal departments.
13. Pay the fees.
14. Download the permit and approved drawings through the application page.
15. If you want to renew the permit, click Renew in the dashboard then enter the duration and the description of the work and pay the new permit issuance fee.
16. In case of rejection, receive a notification by SMS, and the rejection letter and the reasons by email.
