FAQs

  1. Q: What's the procedure if I lose my belongings in the Tram?
    • A: You must check with the police officer at any Tram station. The officer coordinates with the other stations to check if the lost item was found.

All found items are handed over to the police officer in the station who will give them to the Security Office of Dubai Police at Burjuman Metro Station (found items won't be kept in Tram stations).

Found items can be collected from the Security Office located at Burjuman Metro Station (exit No. 1), between 7am and 11pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and between 1pm and 12am on weekends (Sat-Sun).
