Apply for Access Permit for Private Paid Parking Plots
This service enables owners of private land in Dubai to obtain a permit for access to private paid parking plots on that land, taking into account all standards and technical specifications approved by RTA.

Steps
- Log in using your username and password.
- Select New Permits from the left-side menu.
- Click Access .
- Select Access for Private Paid Parking Plots from the sub-type menu.
- Enter the duration and a clear description of the work as per the scope of work.
- Fill in your information.
- Mark the proposed work location on the map.
- Enter the contractor's contact information for technical discussion, if required.
- Enter the project information.
- Upload the documents.
- Click Submit to generate the application number.
- Receive the approval on the application after its successful review by the RTA engineer in coordination with the relevant internal departments.
- Pay the fees.
- Download the permit and approved drawings from the application page.
- To renew the permit, click Renew in the dashboard then enter the duration and the description of the work and pay the new permit issuance fee.
- In case of rejection, receive a notification by SMS, and the rejection letter and the reasons by email.

You Should Know
- The application will be automatically cancelled if you don't respond to the discussion initiated by the processor or if you don't pay all required fees before the permit expiry date specified in the application details page, or within 15 days, whichever comes first.

Terms and Conditions
- Abide by the manuals and the policies of RTA and the Order No. (4) of 2009 related to organising the Right-of-Way in Dubai.
- Contractors must take into account all standards and technical specifications approved by RTA, as per the administrative decision No. (381) of 2017 regarding the regulation of parking spaces in Dubai.
- The Inspection Section at the Right-of-Way Department has the right to issue a warning or a fine against companies that use a part of the ROW without a permit.

FAQs
- Q: Can I apply to renew the "Access Permit for Private Paid Parking Plots" before it expires?
- A: You can apply for the permit renewal 10 days before its expiry to avoid delays. The new permit will become valid on the day following the expiry of the current permit.
