Steps

  1. Log in to ROWP System with your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Click Pay Fines on the main dashboard.
  3. Check all the details of the ROW fines registered on the company Trade Licence.
  4. Select the fines that you want to pay, then click Pay Now.
  5. Pay the fees using one of the online payment methods.
  6. Receive the payment receipt via email, or access it on RTA website dashboard.

Important to Know

You Should Know

  1. You must pay the fines to avoid any impediment to the issuing of ROW permits.
  2. For more information, send an email to ROW_Inspection@rta.ae.
  3. The dispute reasons must match the fine clauses.
  4. The work schedule must match the one approved in the permit issued by RTA.
  5. You can dispute fines you think you wrongfully received free of charge, through the  Grievance Management System . To submit a dispute application, follow the steps below:
    • Log in using your username and password or UAE Pass.
    • Go to the Services section in the dashboard and select Dispute .
    • Select Apply for a Grievance Request and click Next .
    • Select Fine Type .
    • Fill in the required information, then verify the details and click Next .
    • Verify the registered mobile number and email address.
    • Upload the required documents.
    • Enter the dispute reason and click Submit .
    • Receive the dispute application reference number and then its status (approved/rejected) through SMS within 30 working days.
    • To track the dispute status, go to the Services section in the dashboard and select Dispute , then select Check Grievance Status .
    • If your application is approved, receive the refund amount within 7 days (if the fine is paid).
  6. You must submit the dispute application within 30 days from receiving the fine, as per article no. (21) of the  Executive Council Resolution No. (54) of 2021 Regulating Works in the Right of Way .
  7. You can dispute the fine before or after paying it.
