You Should Know

1. You can check the status of the application and the remarks of the service authorities through the eNOC system.
2. You must fulfil all the requirements of the service authorities and get their approvals within 2 months of the submission of the application to avoid its cancellation.
3. You'll receive a notification by email with the eNOC dashboard link to apply for renewal through the eNOC system, 6 weeks before the NOC expiry.

You Should Do

1. Provide the supporting documents according to the list available on the eNOC  website when submitting the application through the system.

Contractors

1. Approved NOC for the design of the proposed work (if required)
2. General Layout Plan indicating the project boundaries with coordinates, ROW limits, scope of work, and locations of trial trenches with Dubai Local Transverse Mercator (DLTM) coordinates
3. Drawings of ROW utility distribution on cross sections for all affected roads showing the typical, existing, and proposed cross sections with a layout showing the cross sections markers and the limits of each cross section covering area

Note: The drawings should be submitted in a PDF or CAD format.

• Fees apply on some applications according to the  relevant rules and regulations .

• Commit to the rules, regulations, and laws related to work within the Right-of-Way, available through Dubai Supreme Legislation Committee  portal .
• Commit to the conditions of the concerned service authorities stated in the final NOC.
