- Q : Why do I receive the gate level approval notification via email with no approval copy attached?
- A : RTA doesn't send a copy of the gate level approval by email. You can download it from the same page of the website where you applied. If you can't find the approval on the relevant page, you can contact RTA Customer Service around the clock (locally: 800 90 90, overseas: +971 4 605 1414).
- Q : What to do if the copy of the gate level approval included a mistake?
- A : You can apply again describing the issue you faced, or contact RTA Customer Service around the clock (locally: 800 90 90, overseas: +971 4 605 1414).
- Q : How can I obtain levels for the boundary wall of a plot?
- A : When you apply for the gate level approval, levels of all corners of the plot or building are issued, which is enough to build the boundary wall. For plots with huge sizes such as farmhouses, RTA issues the proposed boundary wall levels at 20-30m interval.
- Q : What to do if the utility manhole is either higher than or in front of the gate of a building?
- A : If the constructed level of a building gate is as per RTA approved level, you must contact other concerned authorities like DEWA, or Etisalat, or Du, etc.
- Q : I received a rejection notification stating that “The design isn't yet ready”. What does that mean?
- A : This means that the road design for a newly planned area isn't finalised to release the gate levels. You can follow up with RTA Customer Service for updates.
