You Should Know
- This service is available only within Dubai. You can travel to other emirates, but you must start and end your trip in Dubai.
- The trip fare includes fuel, parking, and insurance costs (based on the insurance policy of each company).
- The trip fare excludes Salik toll gate charges which will be separately charged.
- You can't rent a vehicle for more than 24 hours.
- Only one person can book the vehicle and drive it. Once someone books a vehicle, it won't be available to anyone else.

- A : Once the journey is completed, you can view the fees in the application. The total amount is automatically deducted from your bank card or wallet. You must provide your credit card details and top up the wallet when registering on the application.

- A : The registration process involves downloading the mobile apps (UDrive or Yaldi), entering the details, and uploading a selfie with a clearly visible Emirates ID, Passport, or Driving Licence.

- A : The vehicles will be fully monitored by Dubai Police.
- Q : Where can I park the vehicle and do I need to pay for parking?
- A : You can park in all public parking spaces for free.

- A : Each vehicle has a VIP card for refuelling at gas stations. You don't need to pay.
- Q : If my Driving Licence or Emirates ID expired, can I rent a vehicle?
- A : No, you won't be able to rent a vehicle as the account will freeze. You need to renew your account and provide a valid Emirates ID and Driving Licence.
- Q : In case of an accident, what are the insurance terms and conditions that apply?
- A : In case of an accident, you benefit from the service according to the terms and conditions of the insurance company, that you've previously agreed to.
