- The company creates a username and password.
- The company representative logs in to the company account on the website.
- The company representative chooses the service from the company dashboard Licensing Services .
- The company representative enters all geographical location data and contact information.
- The company representative schedules the inspection time from the available dates.
- The company representative pays the fees to book the inspection appointment.
- The company representative receives an SMS and email with the appointment details.
- The RTA inspector contacts the company using the details provided in the application to confirm the appointment.
- The inspector visits the site to ensure all safety and technical requirements are met for site approval.
- If approved, the company is notified to complete the procedure through the website to issue a permit for a training and testing site for special nature works.
- If rejected, the company is informed of the reasons for the failure and can reapply.

You Should Know
- The company must have a Traffic File.
- The company can request only one inspection per site.
- Security and safety conditions must be in place on site, including a safety fence, jackets, helmets, a safety instruction board, and a first aid box.
- The company must provide a space for trainees (waiting room).
- The company must have a dedicated venue for theory test.
