• The customer searches for the transaction number to showcase the record.
• The customer selects the number of the transaction he wants to cancel and clicks on Cancel.
• A note appears on the screen to confirm the cancellation.
• The permit is cancelled.

Cancelling the temporary permit to install an advertising board on the Right of Way.

• The customer is required to settle the fees in case of exceeding the authorised period to use the location.
• The cancellation is applied according to the application type:
  • For new applications the permit is cancelled immediately.
  • For valid permits that are requested to be cancelled before the expiration of the advertisement period, the permit is cancelled immediately with no refunds.
