Through RTA website

1. The customer logs in using his username and password.
2. The customer selects Licensing Services.
3. The customer selects Renewing a Commercial Licence Plate.
4. The customer enters the commercial plate details and uploads the required documents.
5. The customer settles the required fees by credit card.
6. The customer selects a centre to hand
   over the old plates and receive the new ones.
7. The customer receives the ownership certificate and receipts electronically.

Through Customer Happiness Centres or Vehicle Registration and Inspection Centres

1. The customer heads to the front desk employee.
2. The employee sends a link to the customer.
3. The customer uploads the required documents through the link.
4. The customer receives the transaction code.
5. The customer submits the transaction code to the front desk employee to complete the service process, check and electronically sign the application.
6. The customer settles the required fees.
7. The customer hands over the old plate.
8. The customer receives the receipt and the plates ownership card.

• Through Customer Happiness Centres or Vehicle Registration and Inspection Centres: 8 minutes.

• New commercial plate
• Ownership of commercial plate number.

• The customer must hand over the vehicle plates.
• In case of lost commercial plates, the customer must apply for a lost commercial plate, cancel the old plates, and issue new commercial plates by virtue of a police report.
• In case of damaged commercial plates, the customer must hand over the damaged plates to the service centre to issue new plates.
• The customer is required to settle all the traffic fines before receiving this service.
• The customer must replace the plates every year with the same plate number.
• Re-registration terms apply in case of an expired vehicle ownership.
• The customer has to choose one of the following centres to handover the old plates and receive the new ones:
