Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be a UAE citizen and a holder of a valid Khulasat Al Qaid (Family Book).
- Must have achieved a final high school average of 90% or above, or its equivalent, for recent high school graduates.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0, or an equivalent score, for continuing undergraduate students.
- Must meet the admission requirements of the university or academic institution.
- Must be medically fit.
- Must demonstrate good conduct, supported by a certificate issued by the competent authorities.
- Male applicants must have completed National Service or obtained an official exemption.
- The applicant must be between 18 and 26 years of age.
- Must successfully pass the personal interview (for shortlisted candidates).
- The scholarship recipient and their legal guardian must sign the scholarship agreement and commit to all its terms, including maintaining a minimum semester GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 throughout the study period and working for RTA for a duration equivalent to the period of sponsorship.
* Priority is given to undergraduate students currently enrolled in their third or fourth year of study.
