Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is taking part in the RU'YA - Careers UAE 2024 exhibition by offering 83 positions across various professional and administrative specializations through several career tracks. These tracks include the Leadership Track, the Specialized Technical Track, the Engineering Track, the Flexible Inspection Track, and the Support Track. Additionally, 20 positions are reserved for the Engineers’ Fast-Track Programme, which was launched earlier this year. During the exhibition, relevant heads of departments and sections or specialists will conduct on-the-spot interviews to prepare candidates for their designated roles.

Additionally, training programmes for students will be offered, such as scholarships, practical training, Tamkeen, and Ajyal. These programmes are aligned with the requirements of future jobs based on technology and artificial intelligence. Through these initiatives, RTA aims to qualify and train Emirati students among fresh university and college graduates and integrate them into RTA’s work environment to provide a skilled and qualified national workforce to contribute to achieving sustainable development.

Through its participation in RU’YA - Careers UAE 2024, RTA aims to reinforce its Emiratisation strategy by attracting and qualifying talented Emirati graduates and providing them with suitable job opportunities. It also seeks to encourage them to develop their expertise, expand their professional networks, and offer them guidance and tools to elevate their careers to the highest levels. The exhibition will also help build up a strong database within RTA of qualified national talents to recruit for future vacancies and enrol them in training programmes to refine their professional and technical skills.
