• It will connect different areas including Al Jaddaf, Dubai Festival City, Dubai Creek Harbour, Ras Al Khor, International City, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Academic City, Mirdif, Al Warqa, and Dubai International Airport.

• It enhances one of the main pillars of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, the 20 Minutes City and the Dubai Social Agenda D33.

• The number of daily users is expected to be 200,000 in 2030, increasing to 320,000 in 2040.

• The line's capacity is expected to be around 56,000 passengers per hour in both directions, based on a headway time of about one and a half minutes.
