Project Description
- Upgrading three intersections
- Expanding Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street from two to five lanes in each direction over a 4.6km stretch
- Adding a two-lane service road in each direction

- Providing traffic flow to serve Dubai Investment Park
- Easing traffic flow from Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street westward to Al Yalayis Street northward towards Sheikh Zayed Road
- Improving traffic flow from Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street eastward to Al Yalayis Street southward towards Emirates Road
