Upgrading three intersections
Expanding Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street from two to five lanes in each direction over a 4.6km stretch
Adding a two-lane service road in each direction

Providing traffic flow to serve Dubai Investment Park
Easing traffic flow from Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street westward to Al Yalayis Street northward towards Sheikh Zayed Road
Improving traffic flow from Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street eastward to Al Yalayis Street southward towards Emirates Road
