  • The construction of internal roadwork extending 1.9 km within the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment project at Al Warqa 4.  
  • The construction of 3.6 km of two-way pedestrian walkways 
  • Providing parking spaces to accommodate 66 vehicles 
  • Installing 57 lighting units

  • Benefits 136 villas within the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment in the area
  • Upgrades the infrastructure of residential areas to enhance the happiness of residents
