Are the happiness centers operating now?
All Customer Happiness Centres are operating according to the normal work schedule from 8 AM until 7:30 PM and in Al Aweer centre from 8 AM to 8:30 PM.

Recharged balance in Salik accounts is not refundable nor transferable. The balance will remain in the account for up to 5 years, after which it will be forfeited.

Yes, it's mandatory now, the last date to renew your license online without conducting eye test was 30th of June.

What happens if I don’t have enough balance in my account when I pass through a Salik toll gate?
If you pass through the toll gate with insufficient balance in your account, you have a grace period of five (5) working days from the trip date to recharge your account. Failure to do that will result in a fine of AED 50 per day after the grace period is over.
