Steps
If you have an account on RTA website (through UAE Pass authentication)
- Type " Provide a temporary road " in the chat box.
- Click Mahboub Information Panel to access the service and check the service terms and conditions.
- Click Apply Now .
- Authenticate the application through UAE Pass and fill in the information.
- Specify if you want to receive the Affection Plan from Dubai Municipality using your parcel ID/plot number.
- Enter your parcel ID/plot number and confirm the land details.
- The request is automatically submitted.
- Save the confirmation message displayed on the screen once the application is successfully submitted.
- Receive the application details through email.
- Pay the fees online through the system, if applicable.
- The temporary road works are completed within 40 working days from the application submission date, provided that a copy of the building permit is submitted and that the levelling of the area is completed.

- Type " Provide a temporary road " in the chat box.
- Click Mahboub Information Panel to access the service and check the service terms and conditions.
- Fill in the information, upload the documents, and click Send .
- Save the confirmation message displayed on the screen once the application is successfully submitted.
- Receive the application details through email.
- Pay the fees online through the system, if applicable.

Steps
- Log in using your UAE Pass.
- Select the service from the dashboard.
- Your personal details are automatically filled in. If you're applying for someone else, you must provide the required details (name of the plot owner, valid Emirates ID, valid email, mobile number, and parcel number).
- Select the property type and upload the documents, if required.
- Submit the application.
- Pay the fees online through the system, if applicable.
- The temporary road works are completed within 40 working days from the application submission date, provided that a copy of the building permit is submitted and that the levelling of the area is completed.

You Should Know
- If you apply without using the UAE Pass or on behalf of the landowner, a copy of the Emirates ID is required.
- If you apply without using the UAE Pass or on behalf of the landowner, or if the Affection Plan can't be retrieved from Dubai Municipality when applying using the UAE Pass, a copy of the Affection Plan is required.
