This service enables you to obtain a mobility permit for heavy vehicles to circulate in limited cases on banned routes (some main roads), in banned times (morning and evening peak times), and in banned areas (City Centre).

Required documents

For Owned Vehicles

  1. Project contract (in case of projects).
  2. Copy of the affection plan.
  3. Vehicle registration certificate (for vehicles not registered in Dubai).

For Unowned Vehicles

  1. Project contract (in case of projects).
  2. Copy of the affection plan.
  3. NOC from the company (in case the customer is applying for vehicles that he doesn’t own)

  • 50 AED per month per vehicle
  • +20 AED Knowledge and Innovation fees.

  1. The customer logs in using his username and password.
  2. The customer selects New Permits from the left-side menu.
  3. The customer clicks Permit Type then selects the application type as per the required permit and scope of work.
  4. The customer uploads the required documents.
  5. The customer clicks Submit to generate the application number.
  6. The customer receives the approval on the application.
  7. The customer settles the required fees and downloads the permit from the application page.
  8. To renew, the customer clicks Renew in the dashboard then enters the duration and the description of the work and pays the new permit issuance fees.
  9. In case of rejection, the customer is notified by SMS and receives the rejection letter and the reasons by email.

The validity varies according to the condition and the type of the application.

Terms and conditions
  • The application will be automatically cancelled if the applicant fails to respond to the discussion initiated by the processor or if he fails to settle all the required fees before the permit expiry date specified in the application details page, or within 15 days, whichever comes first.
