Steps
- Click Apply Now .
- Select Company Account and log in through the company RTA account .
- Select the Trade Licence required for renewal and click Renew .
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions after reading them and click Approve and Continue.
- Start reviewing your application (based on the Preliminary Approval Document received from the Trade Licence source).
- Check the Terms and Conditions and click Agree .
- If the activity doesn't require approval, click Next to proceed to the payment page, and pay the fees after reviewing them and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
- If the activity requires approval, receive the approval or rejection within 3 to 15 days through email (upon applying, you're redirected to the page that includes the application number for follow-up).
- Once approved, receive payment notification.
- Review the payment from the dashboard and pay the fees after agreeing to the terms and conditions.
- Receive the NOC through email.
- After receiving the NOC, proceed to the Trade Licence source, and complete your transaction.
- Once your receive the renewed Trade Licence, log in to your account dashboard to ensure that the new expiry date is reflected in the Traffic File.
- For Free Zones companies, complete the procedures, upload the renewed Trade Licence, and click Submit .
- For companies that transport passengers in luxury vehicles:
- Log in to your RTA dashboard and click Apply for a New Contract .
- Fill the form and submit it.
- Once the application is approved, request the payment schedule.
- Upload the required cheques.
- Provide the bond to the Finance Team.
- Once the financial requirements are completed, sign the contract and apply for the registration of the luxury vehicles and drivers.
Auto Renewal Activities
- Initiate the renewal process at the Trade Licence source.
- Pay the renewal fees at the Trade Licence source.
- For Free Zone Companies, apply for the service and pay the fees. Then complete the procedures, upload the renewed Trade Licence, and click Submit .
