Through service centre:
- The customer submits the required documents
- The customer fills in the cancellation form
- The permit is cancelled
- The customer heads to Inspection Department in Warsan 3 before removing the stickers to stamp the cancelled permit
- The customer heads to the inspection centres to remove the stickers and update the details of the vehicle.
Note: For more information about the approval or the rejection of the request, the customer can visit the Advertising Section at the Customer Happiness Centre - Umm Ramool, from Sunday to Thursday between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
