Apply for Disputing Tram Fines

This service enables you to learn more on the violations and fines of Dubai Tram to appeal your tram fines.

Eligibility
Individual customers who use Dubai Tram are eligible to benefit from this service.

To appeal your tram fines:

  1. Serial number of the violation notice
  2. Receipt (if available).

Process

Through mobile application:

  • The customer logs in using the username and password
  • The customer proceeds to tram violations
  • The customer fills in the details of the violation
  • The customer receives an SMS from the traffic fine notification system when appealing the fine.

Through email:

  • The customer sends an email including all the details of the violation: serial number of the violation ticket issued by the inspector and copy of the receipt (if available)
  • The customer receives an SMS from the traffic fine notification system.

Through Al Rashidiya Metro station and Ibn Battuta Metro station:

  • The customer fills in the personal details and the details of the violation: serial number of the violation ticket issued by the inspector and copy of the receipt (if available)
  • The customer receives an SMS from the traffic fine notification system.

Through call centre:

  • The customer contacts the call centre on the following number: 8009090
  • The customer follows the voice instructions and then the call is transferred to the customer service to complete the required details (personal details and the details of the violation)
  • The customer receives an SMS from the traffic fine notification system.

30 days.

Terms and conditions
  • The customer must appeal the fine within 30 days after issuing the fine
  • The customer is required to settle all fines related to the service and the violations related to the tram etiquette and the non-compliance with the public health, safety and security
  • The customer can pay fines and violations at all metro stations
  • For the purpose of ensuring that Dubai Tram is being used safely and securely, the violations and fines schedule is applied. Inspectors are located in all the stops of the tram network to make sure that the customers are properly using the provided service.
