Vendor performance evaluation

 

Performance evaluation

This type of evaluation is performed in the end of each contract or project, and this step comes as a part of the contract closure process. This type can be performed by the concerned department at any time during the contact period (when required). The results of this performance evaluation stated shall directly affect the status of vendor.

 

Annual Performance

This type of evaluation is conducted over the whole annual performance of vendor, relating to contracts and projects of a certain RTA department.

  • Companies listed in the e-qualification system a month before the expiration date of qualification.
  • Unlisted companies in the e-qualification system during the month of January of the following year

The results of this performance evaluation stated shall directly affect the status of vendor.

 

Evaluation result

The evaluation result of the vendor / supplier performance should be one of the following:

  • Raise the qualification ceiling of vendor/supplier
  • Reduce the qualification ceiling of vendor/supplier
  • Keep the qualification category
  • Suspend from dealing with vendor/supplier
  • Prohibit from dealing with vendor / supplier
