Mohammed bin Rashid Approves Dubai Metro’s Gold Line Spanning 42 km and 18 Stations
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved the Dubai Metro Gold Line, the emirate’s largest sustainable transport project. Involving an investment of around AED 34 billion, the new metro line will extend over 42 kilometres and 18 stations, marking Dubai’s first fully underground metro line.

Hamdan bin Mohammed Reviews Specialised Initiatives and Projects Undertaken by RTA
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, reviewed several specialised initiatives and projects being implemented by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), including the rapid intervention vehicle, the smart bus station, and soft mobility parking facilities.

RTA Awards Contract for Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl and Al Safa Streets Development Project
RTA has awarded the contract for the development of Umm Suqeim Street, Al Wasl Road, Al Safa Street, and 7 intersections along Jumeirah Street, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership to accelerate road infrastructure development, expand network capacity and enhance traffic flow across Dubai.
