Steps

  1. Log in to your company account.
  2. Click My Contract on your dashboard.
  3. Select Free Zone Permit .
  4. Enter the vehicle details.
  5. The system reserves a plate with U sign and adds the vehicle to the Free Zone permit as ready for registration .
  6. Go to Apply for Registering a New Vehicle.
  7. Complete the registration process of your Free Zone vehicle.

  1. The company contract stipulates the number of vehicles to be operated within the Free Zone.
  2. Vehicles operated in the Free Zones aren't subject to the regulations related to the vehicle type and the lifespan of luxury vehicles.
  3. Bank/cash guarantees and monthly operating fees aren't applicable to Free Zone vehicles.
  4. Your company Trade Licence must be valid.
