Process

Through Smart Apps

  1. The customer accesses the Smart app and selects Madinati.
  2. The customer fills in the required information, and selects the type of issue (complaints related to over speeding).
  3. The application is examined.
  4. The customer receives approval or rejection within 15 working days.
    • If the request is approved, the customer is notified and the calming measures are implemented according to the procedures followed by RTA.
    • If the suggested calming measures are not compliant with the approved technical specifications, the customer receives an SMS or an email stating that the application is rejected.

Through Mahboub Chatbot

  1. The customer clicks on RTA on WhatsApp in the Find Us section on the website.
  2. The customer takes a photo and sends it to Mahboub through the chat.
  3. Mahboub checks the content and asks the customer if he wants to report an issue.
  4. The customer selects Yes to proceed.
  5. Mahboub analyses the image to identify any possible issues. If found, Mahboub details the issues and suggests corrective actions.
  6. The customer confirms the findings and the corrective actions to be taken.
  7. Mahboub asks the customer to share the location of the issue.
  8. The customer shares the location pin through the chat.
  9. Mahboub submits a CRM ticket on behalf of the customer and provides the user with a reference number and a URL to track the issue status.
  10. The application is examined.
  11. The customer receives the approval or rejection within 15 working days.
    • If the request is approved, the customer is notified and the calming measures are implemented according to RTA procedures.
    • If the suggested calming measures are not compliant with the approved technical specifications, the customer receives an SMS or an email with the rejection.
