Changing A Road Test Appointment

This service enables you to apply for changing the appointment of a Knowledge, Yard and road test.

Eligibility

The customers that already have a test appointment.

Required documents

  1. Learning permit application number.

Output

New appointment for the knowledge test/Yard test/Road test.

Service fees

In case of approching the appointment date, fees applies:

  • 300 AED in case the appointment is changed to less than 48 hours
  • +20 AED knowledge and innovation fees.

Ways to apply

Process

Through the mobile application (not applicable for the knowledge test):

  • The customer adds the file number and the the date of birth.
  • The customer chooses an appointment from the availability list.
  • The customer is required to settle the fees by credit card.

Through the call centre (not applicable for the knowledge test):

  • The customer provides the call centre with the learning permit application number.
  • The customer chooses an appointment from the availability list.
  • The customer is required to settle the fees by credit card.

Through the driving institutes :

  • The customer submits the learning permit application number
  • The customer chooses an appointment from the availability list.
  • The customer is required to settle the fees.

Through the smart screen (not applicable for the knowledge test and the Yard test):

  • The customer enters the Emirates ID number or the learning permit application number
  • The customer chooses an appointment from the availability list.
  • The customer is required to settle the fees.

Terms and conditions

General rules for all the tests:

  • The customer must choose an appointment from the list of available appointments
  • The customer is required to pay all the fees in case the appointment is cancelled and the customer cannot get a refund.
  • The customer must present the request before 24 hours is case he wants to change the appointment date

Yard test, in addition to the general rules:

  • The customer must complete all training requirements and finish the internal pilot test.

Road test, in addition to the general rules:

  • The customer can reschedule 2 times before 24 hours of the appointment in case of not finishing all the prerequisite tests and undue payments
  • After the third attempt, the appointment will be cancelled and the customer is required to pay the fees to book a new appointment.
