Steps
- Send an email to: passenger_activities_pta@rta.ae or to RTA email: murasalat@rta.ae requesting the service (letters/requests must be addressed to the Planning and Business Development Department in PTA).
- Attach the documents in PDF format.
- Receive the appointment schedule for vehicle inspection, and the designated location and time through email.
- Bring your vehicle to be inspected by the technical committee.
- Receive the vehicle type Adoption Letter through email after the committee approval.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- You can't drive the vehicle for more than 4 years as of the date of operating it, and you must always comply with this condition when replacing the vehicle.
- The vehicle must comply with the approved specifications.
You Should Do
- Make sure your vehicle is manufactured in the year of operation or the year before, and it isn't used.
- Equip your vehicle with the technical system approved by RTA.
- Make sure the information you include in the submitted documents match that of the vehicle to be inspected.
