RTA is a strategic partner of AccessAbilities Expo and one of its most prominent exhibitors, offering the public, visitors, and participating companies a wide range of distinguished and continuously updated services dedicated to supporting People of Determination.”
The platform showcases the technological features of RTA’s website, which provides a toll-free line and options to assist individuals with visual and hearing difficulties, along with information on RTA facilities, wheelchair access, and service centres. The smart services available on the website also enable People of Determination to apply for permits, senior citizens to access services, request a nol card, and book taxis designated for People of Determination. In addition, RTA’s platform will feature a video highlighting these services.
