Offering 100 Career Opportunities for Emirati Talent at Careers UAE 2025

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is participating in Ru’ya – Careers UAE 2025, taking place from 23 to 25 September, where it will offer 100 career opportunities for promising Emirati talent. The event provides a vital platform for government and private entities to connect with jobseekers and support the empowerment of national talent.


This year, RTA’s participation focuses on anticipating the future and aligning with the requirements of the digital job market. RTA is offering career opportunities in specialised fields such as artificial intelligence, data science, information security, infrastructure, and engineering projects, in line with the rapid technological transformations taking place across the emirate.


Providing further details, Athari Mohamed, Executive Director of Human Resources and Development at the Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, RTA, said: “RTA seeks to attract future leaders through dedicated pathways designed to prepare and qualify a generation of national talent capable of driving major strategic projects. This includes specialised programmes to equip a new wave of Emirati professionals to lead strategic initiatives in Dubai, alongside efforts to strengthen the role of young talent by recruiting engineers across diverse disciplines that support the development of sustainable infrastructure projects.”


She added: “Direct interviews will be conducted with applicants for RTA’s available vacancies to evaluate their talents and practical experience, matching them to the most suitable positions and identifying training programmes tailored to their needs.”


RTA Platform


“RTA’s platform will highlight a range of specialised training programmes launched by the department. These include the New Manager Programme and Advanced Leadership Programme, alongside initiatives designed to develop national talent such as the Scholarship Programme, the Learn from Leaders initiative, and the Promising Engineer – Fast Track Programme. These programmes are tailored for employees, young talent, People of Determination, and female staff, as well as leadership, technical, and engineering cadres. Collectively, they seek to cultivate a highly qualified generation of Emirati professionals equipped with the practical knowledge and expertise needed to meet the demands of the future job market,”

Mohamed explained.
She concluded: “RTA’s participation in the event underscores its commitment to attracting and developing national talent for future leadership, in line with the government’s strategy for future readiness. The initiative reflects a vision that values the attraction, retention, and advancement of Emirati professionals in accordance with evolving standards and requirements. It also aims to empower them to reach the highest professional levels and enhance their skills in line with international best practices, ensuring their effective contribution to the nation’s sustainable development journey.”
