RTA reminds public transport users of the expiry of some NOL cards
RTA reminds public transport users in the Emirate of Dubai that some gold, silver and blue NOL cards representing the inaugural batch of these cards expire on August 1st 2014, having completed 5 years since issued on August 1st, 2009.
Holders of expired NOL cards who have balances in their cards higher than the minimum limit can continue using their cards after their expiry till the balances run out, however it would not be possible for them to top them up
Public transport riders can log on to the dedicated NOL card portal (www.nol.ae) and review a wealth of information provided about types and renewal of NOL cards, top-ups and other useful information.
