Terms & Conditions of Dubai Award for Sustainable Transport
- The application must contain sufficient and clear details that enable jury committee to analyze it sufficiently.
- The participant's consent to cooperate with the jury committee when requesting additional information that contributes to the evaluation of the application.
- The participant undertakes that all the information provided by him is true, accurate and complete, and acknowledges and agrees that the “Secretary General of the Award” has the full right to exclude any participation in the “Award” at any stage if it is proved that the participant provided false or inaccurate information or details or is misleading and fails to abide by the terms and conditions of participation.
- The winning initiative in the Dubai Award for Sustainable Transport is not allowed to participate again in any other category.
- It is not possible to participate in more than one category with the same initiative.
- Any institution can participate in all categories in one year, provided that it submits a separate application for each category.
- In the case of joint applications between institutions, companies and individuals, an acknowledgment must be attached indicating the agreement of all concerned parties to submit the application for the award.
- Applications are submitted by filling out the official nomination forms/requests available on the Dubai Award for Sustainable Transport website at the official Roads and Transport Authority website www.rta.ae/dast
- Attach a copy of documents, documents and evidence that support the nomination of the initiative for the award.
- The award reserves the right to refuse to submit or consider any entry if it deems that it infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. Any decision in this regard will be final and not subject to appeal.
- The jury committee has the right to cancel any application in the event of non-compliance with the conditions, and the applicant can be alerted if this becomes clear during the stages of receiving and evaluating applications.
- The awarded prize can be canceled/withdrawn, and a cash refund can be claimed if it is discovered that the winner provided false or misleading information in his/her participation or if it is found that the participation infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
- The winning initiatives will be included in the award booklet and displayed on the award's website and the authority's website with the names of the sponsors.
- The winning initiatives can be included in seminars and workshops during the award sessions.
- The jury committee's decisions are final and not subject to appeal or reconsideration.
